Leadership Academy

Training the Leaders of Tomorrow →

The Leadership Academy is an intensive mentorship program specifically for the next generation of choreographers and community leaders. Through a nomination process in collaboration with Calgary high school dance programs, we identify emerging talent and provide them with the professional tools to lead.

  • Professional Development: Workshops in team management, creative direction and the "business of dance."

  • Creative Autonomy: Choreography leads are mentored through the process of creating original work for the Calgary Hip Hop & Streetdance Festival.

  • Collaborative Roots: Proudly supported by PULSE Studios and East Side Dance, ensuring our students learn from the industry’s best.

  • The Cost: This program is provided at no cost to nominated students, ensuring that leadership opportunities are based on merit and potential, not financial status.

Our programs are managed with a commitment to administrative excellence and community transparency. From our program logistics and safety protocols to our strategic marketing and partnership outreach, every initiative is designed for long-term sustainability and maximum community impact.
